    @GettingAGrip They waste energy. The superpowers tend to disappear, so it feels like any other relapse.

    Over time they will become very less frequent, a good way of controlling them however is through meditation. Try some passive guided meditation for sleep, it's very soothing. Hypnosis is more powerful and immediate, but it may be abit too intense to recommend to everyone.

    This is ofcourse just what I have read, frankly I never considered nocturnal emissions to be a problem due to their benign nature. You will also learn to cope with the cycle of the "superpowers" too, they fluctuate on more than just emissions in my experience. But do remember that wet dreams ARE NOT a relapse, they are natural, no matter the content of the dream.
