After 30 days the normal sexual excitation again rises......this is a very crucial time...... because during rebooting.......while we achieve 1 month... We think that it is not that difficult.....but the thing is after 1 month that temptations increases......

That's why it's important to utilize that energy in other hobbies....like yoga, going outside......and try to avoid any sexual thought....... Because thoughts are the root cause of every relapse......and try to not look at other girls.......I mean just look at their face...... don't ogle their any body part....
This some basic rules have helped me to achieve this

Specially when I step outside.....and see these gorgeous ladies.....hehe.....tabhi main ladkiyan dekhna avoid karta hu......is see kaafi help milti hai
