This topic is tricky. But I believe that they can be avoidable and eliminated completely. @GokuTheWarrior
How can they be eliminated? I know avoiding fantasizing during the day can reduce the frequency, apart from that??
@GokuTheWarrior Take a cold shower like half an hour before sleep, make sure you use the bathroom, wake up early. Like before 4 am preferably because REM sleep is where dreams tend to occur. Prayer and meditation before bed! Step by step they should go away.
Man, that's quite a list.. I sleep around 4 though.. So I think Prayer & meditation would be good.. Thanks!
