This is a horrible way to cope as it only damages one and in turn inflicts untold pain. Ever increasing pain. MUST....NOT....FAP. Must find healthy ways to cope!

I have been good. I now travel to and fro to use the internet. I never use the internet at home now. Only in public places where people can see me.
