  I always have to clear the energy after a battle with an urge. Do you workout, like jogging, biking, or just a walk somewhere? Go out ot eat or the movies with a friend/s? Make sure nothing is lingering......

  Yes, I workout, go jogging, do some Design work. Hanging out with friends too etc. Breathing exercises also worked against an urge.
