There's only one option, we have to stop from M and we have to feel all that pain, you will notice that with time ( you can find many stories on this community ) you will feel better and better.

One more important thing, this is my humble advice, if you believe that happiness comes when you are in love, than, you have to expect to suffer, this is a lesson to remember don't be harsh with yourself, welcome on this community, we are all in this situation, there's only one way to feel again alive, we have to stop from M, start today and don't give up until you are completely free from it!
