    I had an urge to touch my P for a lil bit but did not look up P, i only did it for no more than 1 minute but stopped myself because i know what im in for. Is that considered a relapse or am i still good?

    Thanks im on day 4 and its really starting to tempt me but i know i cant give in, i wanna kick this addiction and problem in the balls on the first attempt and not relapse and start over.
