Desperate for healing.

Subtle cravings begin to set in approximately 12 hours after my last relapse. Establishing a morning routine proved useful.

I will post 3X a day to afford structure and routine for my recovery.

9 hours have elapsed since my last relapse. This morning I am checking in. I am posting this morning so that I can structure my recovery.

30 min now since I last acted on my urge. I so deeply crave 30 days!!

I plan to post everyday with the hope that it will give me structure and keep me on the path to recovery. I also intend to attend an SA meet

Day 0, I tried my best for the past 7 days to abstain from pornography, but on the 8th, 9th day I allowed my discipline to decay. Relapsed.
