  If you want to get rid of fat on your stomach, work on it. And you do not answer others' comments. I also heard in the speech that I was an anorexist.   Welcome! You CAN do it. It won’t be easy and relapses are very common. So don’t beat yourself up if they happen. Just learn from them and get right back up. I wish you all the best! :)
