thanks man ,last year i couldnt go over 20 days many months ,and just in november i did 32 days , now im thankful for everyday sober ,its tempting sometimes ,but a slip is worst than this fight

Yeah, NoFap speaking, last year was a big failure to me too. Even when i finally did 90 days, I relapsed 2 days before New Years eve. I'm struggling right now as well but I'm keeping my focus on why I started this.

good plan man! its helping to think what you gonna loose if you fail , becouse the temptation sometimes is stronger than imaginable!
