Tough break. Just gonna lay you some thoughts to consider, k?

Tbh, this is part of why I don't subscribe to a set amount of time as a measure of success. It's such an emotional rollercoaster. This addiction is difficult enough to break, why add more difficulty with the negative emotion of shame?

Shame only makes it more painful to get back up.

Because getting back up is what really counts here, just accept that you need to make some adjustments and try again :)

There's no shame in that. We're all pulling for you in this. We know it's tough. So don't get down on yourself, we're not getting down on you n_n

now you have a chance to do something imposible for me ,to have a whole year with only one relapse ! for me is all or nothing , i cant do 1 relapse ,its too hard for me , i really admire people who can do only one relapse , not as me whole week relapsing!

I'm not sure about this, but I'll give it a go
