I am sorry you felt empty inside. I hope you will get right back on the No PMO train. I would stick to porn over prostitute though... you will gain experience from someone paid to make you feel like you are doing it right and could also catch a disease.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHC_RjLKzqM - also good video, porn is not the issue, you just need vision of life that is more compelling and counter vision that frightens you.
just understanding that it's the way for a better life, imagining myself fapping at the age of 25 having fulfilled none of my potential does look frightening.
The real problem may be fearing rejection but it is also because we have become impatient. I forgot the time it takes to court a girl that I am interested in so it has hurt my relationships because I always try to get intimate really quickly but it doesn't work like that. I should have to work for it though. That way I appreciate it when I get it. This is my experience anyways.
Main good point was that nofap is like core habit, other good habits will follow then. And I figured out my main problems, first one being addiction to comfort.
Heck yeah nice work. A win increase the testosterone so be careful ;) I will go through the videos tomorrow and post them to the forum. If they are motivational to nofap go ahead and post if you want. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day tomorrow
Peace of mind truly comes the instant we stop seeking the answer. The instant we stop wanting a resolution. The instant we stop investing so much energy into figuring something out. - good point
Uncertainty is a powerful, often painful, but necessary teacher. When we buy into the misunderstanding that our peace of mind comes from knowing the answer or figuring out the solution to a problem, we suffer from over-thinking and obsessing.
nice. The problem with us guys is we are fixers and think we need to have all the answers. When we give up this notion and admit we don't know, we open the door to learning the answers.
I definitely think way too much but at the same time I don't think (pun) that I am thinking effectively. I didn't get a chance to check out the blog. I may check it out later but I appreciate your desire and hunger to transform into the butterfly you are becoming. A manly butterfly ;)
