Both. Edging, ejaculating. I was reduced to being a dead, scared man a few days ago because of it.

@SirErnest thank you now it makes.sense how I feel right now..I relapse 3times over the weekend and since then my Mind is somewheres else, had no clue what to watch on tv....etc how long does it last?

For me, several days. But people say it takes weeks or months to fully repair.

Several days for me to begin to feel relatively normal..
