That's a pretty easy pick for me. I would go with ending anunhealthy relationship first because it'll just take one sentence to end it. It's not like that with our PMO addiction.

end the unhealthy relationship first then continue nofap. i think so, cause nofap is the first and foremost step to achieve the life you want, among other things else in your life. It's a lifestyle, we should take it more seriously than just a challenge.
