I don't have problem sleeping it's the after thoughts i get after i wake up is horrible.... Might just be me.. I love my night time naps.

Meeeehhh... maybe I am in another deep flatline. Usually get that strong ugre in the morning after waking up. But these days, my mind is on getting stronger physically and mentally.

Then again, What am I talking about! I barely get sleep.

Well i have thoughts like how many wrong decisions i have taken in life or many days i have left to life... It messes up the whole day for me... Yes i get the morning urge that's why i don't use my phone when i go to sleep..
