  I relapsed at night. Now, I locked google chrome, reddit and the play store. I uninstalled insta a while ago, and blocked incognito in April

    Yes you can start by identifying the trigger that led you to the relapse, and then avoid that trigger at all costs, try to full your time with hobbies and thinga you love to do! And stay focused on ur goal, do not let one minor stumble send you into a binge of relapses! If u relapse, gather urself back and move forward l, slowly u will get better and better
