Thanks for the message @river tree star . My 8 year old discovered recently she is allergic to nuts and developed panic attacks thinking she is going to die. It’s been heartbreaking because her fear is genuine. Trying to find a therapist who has availability and sees kids has been tough. Not a lot of free time to focus on other things but hope to get back to a better place soon. Thanks again for checking in!

We finally found a therapist who can see her next week which is a big relief. She made us go out and get more epi pens in case the ones we have dont work. Her mind just won’t stop telling her she’s in danger and no reassurance makes her feel better. Thanks for your support, really appreciate it.
