    Hello, I'm a 38 year old physician looking to improve my relationship with my wife. I've been speaking with a therapist who thinks that I may have had some long-standing damage from watching too much pornography about a decade ago. He suggested that I try NoFap, so here I am. My biggest issues are related to ED, perhaps PIED. I want to try to abstain from P (not hard for me) and M (very hard for me). I'm looking for support and encouragement. =)
