I could already see myself at day 60 and that was the mistake, 48 days was the end. To future myself, never take anything for granted. Let´s get back on track. When I heal, I want to be at least a week in.

I have relapsed many times but I learned one thing that there is no reason to be a failure until you want it.
There is no reason that can justify why we relapsed, Bec we did it willingly.
