Well, u do realize that u have power over ur actions! Often times when we are continually stressed, we stop exercising these powers and think we are helpless, which is not true.
Dear Sammy, I know what is that, you are strong and you can defeat any problem, organize your time, take break, try not to get the point to be overhelmed by everything. Your relief when you are stress is PMO, you have to change that by doing another activities: go for a walk, make short exercises, listen to music, do something you like, watch funny videos in Youtube. You can do lots of things to defeat it...
....Maybe you probably will think you are wasting your time by doing that but remember that we are addicts to something and we have to live our life while defeating that thing. I wish you the best Sammy :D
