I was about to comment along those lines. Just because you get multiple urges does not mean you are bound to fail multiple times. Where are your strategies? Where is your motivation? Where is your desire to be better than this?
"...I'm literally just laying in my bed, on my phone." This is where to start. Create an unbreakable rule that you are not to have your phone in bed or near to the bed. Ideally, it should not even be in the bedroom. Power it down and leave it downstairs, charging perhaps. That will help you.
