        It wasn't as difficult as porn and fapping but there are similarities. The urge and cravins for 'pleasure' for the 'reward' seem to be similar. And I know one thing happened when I was quitting smoking. Over time the desires dwindled until I forgot cigarettes existed.

    Hi, I'm new to this site. ( Oct 2019 ). I joined hoping to break a habit of watching porn and masturbating that I have been intermittently struggling with. Recently it has almost overtaken my personality.
    I hope to get help here and that my experience may help someone else to overcome that terrible ( my personal opinion ) addiction.
