Cold showers are the way, aren't they? They help a lot with my urges. AND helps with doing things I don't have faith I can do, and and and and...Good on you to do it. You're inspiring me to get back to cold showers tomorrow morning!

i had a cool shower today, not very cold just cool, im working up to cold shower ,

plus when doing so i dont spend to much time in shower, too long in shower an my mind goes to places its not suppose to

Lately, I get in on lukewarm and gradually adjust to colder. It's worth it either way. Makes a man of any old mouse! :)
