Back from hospital. I'm officially kicked out of my house. I know I need to try to talk to my wife. But I'm still processing all this.

Now I'm at the hospital for anxiety and depression. I got wheeled in on a streacher like a goddamn king. I feel like a giant baby.

I've found another place to live. Wife and I are speaking again. We won't do holidays together. Or with the kids

My wife wants me to find another place to live. I started cutting again. I am not in a good place at all. I've barely made it this far.
