@WanderTruth Actually what you call a ban is something based on Culture, which is supposed to be in the same purpose of Nofap. There is no link at all between having sex and masturbating to pornography.

@Mr.Chips I think what wandertruth is saying is, as they can not fulfill their desire through marriage they tend to gratify themselves through masturbation. May be that is part of the whole picture.
