45 days since i joined nofap, still clean. Temptations are lessening, even with triggers. every now and then theyre super strong though...

Day 5, feeling great right now. Im 18, if i get to 7 days it will be the first time in the entirety of my 6 yr addiction. started @ 12 y/o!
