I have watched porn for over 11 years. Not daily but frequently. I am from India. I am currently going through bad flatline and withdrawal symptoms. I am 126 days clean on monk mode

Recovery means to me is healing my brain circuit, upregulated the dopamine receptors . I guess i did heavy changes in my brain from this habit . I am clean for lokg time still i brain throws sexual urges same like a drug addicts
