I’m trying to keep myself busy and am trying to stay away from unnecessary internet browsing. It’s really challenging because it’s what I love to do when feeling low to boost myself and give myself that dopamine hit! I’m going to go bake a cake to take to a friend’s funeral service. This will keep me busy and around other people so I don’t crawl back down into that hell hole of internet surfing.
Haimi, thanks for your question. At this point in time I will keep my location private until I build more confidence being on NoFap. I will say though that I have come from a place of disappointment and despair but I am heading towards Zion and will not stop trying, overcoming and enduring until I arrive.
Hey no worries my friend. You don’t have to apologise. I’d like to tell everyone where I’m from in due time and tell them all about my struggle with PMO with the hopes that it might help deter someone from going down the path I went down. But I’m not ready to do that yet.
