I'm not totally sure about super powers because i dont believe ive made it far enough for that but flat line can be very tricky because you are not experiencing high from inner drugs or noticeable benefits of super powers yet. Ive heard even super powers increase and decrease over time.

Usually flat line starts after 14-20 days of no pmo if you are new. The longer you keep attempting, the shorter it takes to begin.

For me, it's as low as a week with some surge storms intermittently occuring but recently it was 9-10 days because i was coming off a series of losses to pmo. If you are asking the question that is a good sign!

For one, you are probably streaking more than just a few days and for two it shows sincere interest in NoFap, good job MrAlpha!
