    I used to jog or walk when id get bad urges. Its a simple remedy and gets you in shape.

    SirErnest thanks, been trying to meditate but it's hard to keep it up for a while because of the constant refocusing

    Meditation was tough for me too because of brain fog and headaches. Trust the run, push ups and sit ups work too
