I guess we understand each others feeling when it comes to living in the mind and Nofap isn't a motivation for me towards my No PM goal. I take is as a distraction.

Oh, that sounds better. I find NoFap.com as a distraction. It helps me remember my goals to stop PMO and it helps divert my attention to helping others, instead of just helping myself to PMO. Thanks Legend, you bring Hope lol
