How do you relapse? What seems to be happening when you relapse? Do you see any common things happening each time you relapse?

Mainly losing my will to maintain my streak, and then regretting it immediately after relapsing. The things that trigger it is stuff i see on the internet that can't be avoided, but i need to suppress myself better after seeing them.

I know you're good. You're trying so hard. I just want you to know that i see that lovely.

Just commit that the next streak will be at least 1 day more than previously.. This 1 become 2 5then 3 then on and on u will never know u have started flying

Just hold on!!!! Larger than previous ( u will fail but move on)
