Yeah that has been out the window during the whole pandemic as eating a lot of protein bars, healthy snack bars & vegan junk food in excess, which of it wasn’t for my body weight exercising every day, though no cardio which I do need to get back into adding, which I’m having more problems with keeping up to keep up the 10 sets of 6 exercises as my body is sort of collapsing from it.
Yeah I am, debating to take the week off to then get back to my routine but only doing it 5 times instead of 6 or to get back into doing my Light Dumbbell system exercises which are built to do everyday (done in 30 minutes with light dumbbells) with the occasional 1 day off in a while when my body doesn’t feel like it, to also then later on add other routine on top of that but only for 5 or 6 days a week.
