    blu light filters
    do not utilize electronic devices in evening
    do not do gym/ cardio /stress activities in evening
    have a dinner with a insulin peak ( like pasta , potatoes) 2 hour before going to bed , no fries ,no junk food
    do not expose to very bright light
    darken your room 2 hours before and relax your self
