I would like to ask that did you feel uncomfortable discussing this with a urologist and simply tough yourself through the pain (I did this and now feel so silly and regretful about this).       Hey Drummer1989, did the nofap streak cure your frequent urination? I started heavy masturbation since 13 and facing frequent urination since 18 and ED right now. I am 27 now and just realized that PMO causes frequent urination. I am on a 35 day streak now, and wanted to check if nofap cured your frequent urination? Any response would be appreciated.
