Do you think you did anything different this time or plain and simple fighting every single day?

@roofs I got my first job post-graduation last December, in which the commute was 4 hours total. So I was out of the house for most of the day, and when I came home, I was too exhausted to even think about fapping lol

Then COVID hit, and I have been teleworking since March. At that point, I was 3 months into my streak, and really didn't want to give that up. So my desire to hold onto my streak overcame my urges

Around the 6 month mark, I started noticing improvements from NoFap, and those improvements have been compounding til this day. I think back to how much of a depressed and social anxious person I was prior to my streak

And I don't want to go back to that just for some quick gratification

Fapping gives you short-term pleasure. NoFap gives you long-term happiness
