Yeah buddy,it is important,here where i live.
I m from Serbia,and in Serbia private company is miracle!They can give you fired even in emergency,they don't have to paid you for full month,in few words they can do whatever they want.
Now when i m going to job they don't have a choice than to pay me :)

I mean they don't have to paid you a full payment if you don't to job because of emergency(even if you must stay at home because of the law,it is pretty idiotic.)
