It's so much easier to play the victim though. Then you don't have to do anything and nothing changes. It's very comfortable.
Most people don't like discomfort. The problem is that you can't grow otherwise. You have to put a step outside and live life to it's fullest.
Very true. That's why cold showers are so useful. It's a great way to learn how to be comfortable with discomfort.
Oh yes, I know cold showers. I actually went one entire month with only cold showers, and now it became a habit. :)
