calm down man , what's the trigger? emotions?

The first trigger was loneliness, the second and third ones were due to social media. I since deleted my insta and off all my mobile devises. I never get on insta on my computer and very rarely ever get on Facebook. I felt pretty irritated halfway through my online class, I just started scrolling on instagram out of boredom, this led to reddit, reddit led to the PMO for the second and third time.

Embrace boredom with a dopamine detox.
Loneliness is only a state of your mind.
