@control your life It takes time my friend, after all it is a lifestyle, until we become aware enough and understand well how this addiction works and how we can treat it. All these efforts shall take us to success
yah , true ... cant wait to replace this addiction with something else ! i really want to stop it ! I started this habbit 29 years ago ! i want to stop from 27 Years ! i still struggle ..
