I am a guy who has spent most his younghood with depression and social anxiety. since then I was looking at every aspect of life to figure out what is the main cause the clues I found were misleading me until recently I started reading books about porn and masturbation addiction of which porn pandemic( Andrew freebe) was proved significant finding the true cause of my problem.
