Day 2. Reset. Shower head got me again. Realize I need to stay off of kik in order to avoid triggers

Day 1. Tension at home. Lots of temptation to solicit sex. Resisted successfully. Anger seems to be a trigger for that.

Day 10 reset. Ok... well I fell victim to the shower head... I think I need to set shorter intervals and add another when I reach the end

Day 10 cont. Reflecting on how hollow orgasms feel when they are contrary to goals you are pursuing. I see you liar. Ain't gonna fool me.

Day 10: morning wood trying to catch me slippin but my mind is more powerful. 1/3 to 30 and on to 60.

Day 9. So far no temptations. No cigs. Seems like two days post sex is when urges are the worst so far. Proud of myself.

Day 8. More cigarettes. Barely survived the temptations last night. But I am victorious! And I find victory in that. No temptations today

Day 7. Had more cigarettes. Think I finished the pack. Having urges rn to watch porn. Its 12:39am. I am alone. This is 2 days post sex.

Day 6: first time smoking during my challenge. Binged cigarettes. Havent noticed any urges to fap.

Day 5: had sex 3 times. Not part of my NoFap challenge, waiting to see how it effects urges tommorow.

Day 4: going strong

Day 3: tempted to go lay down and take a "nap" all day. Increased bloodflow and sensitivity. Avoided the trap of taking a nap. Success.
