No need for self-loathing. Look how far you've come sweet pea! Everybody is proud of you. Try to listen to the majority not just the voice that puts you down all the time. You are worth so much more than that

Like I say to people when they relapse: I won't get disappointed as long as you don't give up. Then there is no failure, only learning. But still sorry to see it happen. You can get back up :-)
