Sun Bro is right. Beating yourself up and making yourself feel bad about relapsing isn't going to make you do anything but relapse even more. You're going to relapse. You just need to move on and learn the lessons that come from relapsing. You also have to realize that porn isn't the reason you relapse, but that you are. Once you can come to terms with that, then you'll start making real progress.
