Sorry to disappoint you guys Opyeuc @fg4795 and whole Athens Academy . But now a days I am not able to dedicate myself to studies. Procrastination and these urges distract me alot. I don't what to do.

In the academy we care that you give the best you can, not saying I studied 20 hours, if you just opened the book and stayed at the same page all the time. So just start my friend. One sentence. After Quit social media. I start to record my time how I spend it like how much I sleep, rest , on social media everything and after that I started to manage my time. And nie I feel like I have enough time for everything. The day before yesterday I spent 8.5 hour in studies yesterday I studied 6.5 hour. It felt really good. Want to touch 12 hour study goal. It really change my life.
