I also kinda relapsed (kinda) just now. Read my thread to understand more. Nonetheless we both need to pick ourselves back up, know where we went wrong and ensure we avoid going back to those circumstances :)
I'm sorry my friend. I see you're into Yoga. You might try some more eastern techniques like (Zen)Meditation, Tai Chi or Chi Kung. I use it and feel more relaxed as I notice my thoughts without getting involved in them.
