If you passed 90 days and you feel rebooted , i think it's okay if you know you can keep it under control , like 1 time per week , only for self pleasure

If you does not feel completely rebooted or you want keep mantain beneficts of semen retention , or you have doubts , don't do it

It is not about semen retention. If you don't feel disappointed after MO then I guess everything is ok. But to me it is still addiction. Every time you will want even more.

i think my reaction to read this information is alarming, so i should stay in no PMO for a while. The best way to resolve is finding girl but for now it is impossible for me
