Thank you brother....

Very worse brother , I am in need of serious help earlier I used to fap thrice rarely and mostly single in tapping days and also had strength to pursue nofap for atleast 3 days but in this lockdown I am fapping three times daily ....

To make matter worse I have an exam in July , I think you know about it in my journal ......
Day by day my prep is going down I am wasting time as a hell ......

Then this must stop today my friend. Focus on the studies, it will a natural consequence that you will stop fapping because you need time to study, focus on your goal my friend.
