    Thanks, the part that confuses me is my libido is usually high after watching porn, but when I don’t watch porn my libido completely goes.. shouldn’t it be the other way around?

    Everyone is different, i dont think there's any normal in here haha. Right now you should focus on quitting porn. You will go through many ups and downs and weird things will maybe happen to you so buckle up my friend. Wishing you the best.

    Performance anxiety can definitely happen because of porn.

    And the libido down ur are saying is called flatline in nofap sense. It happens to all chronic porn users... It vanishes depending upon the individual... I would suggest to educate and read some Important stuff on porn addiction.

    Thanks for the welcomes and sources - I’ve just read the article and I definitely feel EVERY symptom of porn induced ED.. especially the feeling of being asexual, I know I’m not asexual because I used to get extremely turned on my my ex, but now girls seem obsolete and I do defo feel asexual, so I’m definitely going to abstain from any porn
