To be honest i feel like a shit but i am doing my best with NOFAP. Maybe its problem with neurotransmitters. Maybe because a few problems hit me recently.

I think that i chemical imbalance in the brain. The worst is that its hard to check properly. Taking SSRIs and stuff like that is scary.

Maybe im a falling into depression or other disease. i spent whole days in home and i have a few difficult things on my head

I hope it will get better bro. Yeah I thought about that stuff too. It would be better to talk with a psychiatrist if you really want that.
